Resguarda expressly recognizes the importance of client and internal information as a critical asset for business operations.
Therefore, information security is considered a strategic aspect.
- Confidentiality: ensuring that only authorized individuals have access to information.
- Integrity: maintaining the accuracy and completeness of information and processing methods.
- Availability: ensuring authorized users have access to information when required.
- Legal: ensuring compliance with all legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements.
- Data Privacy: protecting personal and sensitive data in accordance with applicable laws and ISMS requirements.
- Continuous Improvement: continuously improving security controls and risk management processes.
A management framework has been established to guide a risk management process aligned with ISO/IEC 27001:2022.
The results are documented in the Information Security Manual.

Disciplinary actions will be defined by Resguarda's management.
