Access to certain services offered on the Site may require the entry of personal data, namely: email address, name, surname, full address, type and number of document and other optional data, or any other information that allows you to be identified. In all cases in which you provide personal information, and in accordance with current legislation, you must declare that the information provided is true. 

The data you enter to the site will be used for: sending information on products and services, reporting irregularities, analysis and investigations, compliance, legal advice, applications of negotiation process services and management of claims prior to prosecution, mapping and obtaining accurate information in relation to COVID- 19, internal and external communication systems, obtaining statistics. 

The entry of personal data to the site by users is voluntary, however, Resguarda states that this procedure will facilitate the use of the services offered and the relationship with users. In cases where you provide us with your personal information, you accept and give your free, express, and informed consent for such personal information to be used for your own benefit to optimize the quality of the service we offer to keep you informed about possible changes, and authorize it to be treated, stored, collected in the company’s database. 

Resguarda guarantees to the users who enter their data in the site, that they will be encrypted to preserve the security, integrity and confidentiality of the data considered as personal. Resguarda makes all necessary efforts to prevent adulteration, loss, consultation, or unauthorized treatment, to detect deviations, intentional or not, of information, whether the risks come from human action, or the technical means used. To this end, we notify you of our privacy practices, and the alternatives on how your information is collected and used. 

The encryption system implies that the data can only be interpreted by Resguarda, and no intermediary will have access to the information. 

The user will be able to access his personal data, rectify them, cancel them, or oppose to their treatment, by means of notification to the person in charge of the database [email protected]

Resguarda will not share this information with third parties. However, Resguarda may send its users promotional offers or special communications, where the user will always have the option to request to stop receiving them. 

The user will respond, in any case, for the veracity of the data provided and Resguarda reserves the right to exclude any user who has provided false data, without prejudice to initiate legal action. 

Resguarda reserves the right to provide information to control agencies of any country and/or judicial authorities that require it and when there are justified reasons related to public safety, national defense, or public health.
