1) Filing a complaint

a) How to make a report via WEB

• Visit www.resguarda.com and click on the "REPORT HERE" link.

• Then, enter the name or the first four letters of the company that corresponds to the complaint and click on SEARCH. Then, select it in the results list and click NEXT.

• Read, verify and check "I have read and accepted Privacy Policies”, then click NEXT.

• Fill out the required fields with the data you want to report. If you do not want to display your personal details, click ANONYMOUS.

• Then, complete the remaining fields of the report with information on the complaint. The report may be completed freely, or with a question guide.

 

• Before finishing, you can leave an email address for contact, so the system sends you the number of the report filed and your password, so you are able to track or know the status of your complaint. In case you do not leave your e-mail address, you will receive a report number and a password on the screen.

 

b) How to file a complaint by e-mail

• To file a complaint by email, you should forward it in the mail body to the following address: reportes@resguarda.com

• Once the complaint is processed by our operators, we will send a report number and a password, by email, so that you can track it.

 

c) How to file a complaint by phone (operator, recorded message and fax)

• A RESGUARDA operator will take your call and will guide you though the development of your complaint.

• At the end, you will be provided a report number and a password to keep track

of it.

• In case of recorded message and fax, you will not be able to be provided a number or key to track it.

 

d) How to make a formal complain through a letter

 

You will need to send a letter addressed to RESGUARDA, 25 de mayo 555 17th floor (C1002ABK) Buenos Aires, Argentina. We recommend you look for a sample letter to help you make a complete full report.

 

e) How to file a complaint through an interview (only for Argentina)

• You must contact the reference cell.

• A RESGUARDA operator will take your call and coordinate, with you, the date and time of the meeting.

• The meeting will be held at the offices of the RESGUARDA, where an officer will take note of the complaint informed.

• When finished, you will be given a report number and a password to track the complaint.

 

2) How to track the complaint

1. Tracking through the web with report number and password.

a) Visit the website: www.resguarda.com and click on the TRACKING link.

 

b) By visiting this section, the complainant may bring more information to the report filed to observe the responses and interact with the committee to receive complaints from the company. 

 

2. Tracking through email address with report number.

Please send an email to seguimeintos@resguarda.com, detailing, in the SUBJECT field, the number of the report filed.

3. Tracking by phone (operator, recorded message and fax)

You must contact the phone number for your country, mentioned above, and indicate the number of the report filed.
